Talking Well: My Experience with Personalised Meal Planning - by Rose

I recently had a chat to Rose, who had been on the 28-Day Meal planning program & has been continuing with weekly plans and checkins ever since.

Here is some of what Rose had to say on her experience.

What were your main goals before you started meal planning with Tegan?

I suffer from a life long (incurable) auto immune disease and was struggling with symptoms of bloating, stomach pain, insomnia, brain fog and muscle aches. I also wanted to see weight loss and ultimately work towards becoming a healthier weight and better version of myself.

What results have you gotten from meal planning?

So far, we have been able to rule out celiac’s disease, whilst also determining that I may have an intolerance to dairy and gluten. I have learnt so much about anti-inflammatory foods and have a better understanding of what I’m putting into my body. I am slowly loosing weight and working on my eating habits too.

What exactly do you like most about this service?

I absolutely love how personalised it is. I really feel like I have a mentor and friend helping me through this journey. I also appreciate how easy online consultations are.

Why would you recommend this to someone who might be on the fence?

Tegan has such a holistic approach to naturopathy and nutrition. I love that she allows me to pick the pace in which we make changes and adapt to this new way of life. She truly listens and helps me problem solve when it’s necessary. If you are looking for a naturopath with endless tools to help you gain results - then Tegan is definitely the person you should work with.
