Opt into our live Zoom Pilates classes to support your physical health from home. In our virtual group Pilates classes you’ll be supported & encouraged to move your body. Our small class sizes and friendly instructor will help you get the most out of your session. All levels are welcome!

A healthy, happy gut is essential to wellbeing. You’ll learn all about your ‘second brain’ and what foods can help promote gut health.
Our meal plans are lovingly curated to give you an example of what a balanced diet looks like- and how easy it can be to achieve. We have two options available- one regular and one plant based. Both plans have limited gluten & dairy and offer substitutions for these ingredients when they are present.

Nourish your body with food & movement by adding Pilates to your self-paced program. All of our classes are hosted on Zoom so you can do them from the comfort of home. You have the option to do 15 classes as a part of your self-paced program.
Already doing Pilates? No worries, we have an option to purchase the Good Food Foundations Program on its own.

Yes, depending on your food allergies. The meal plans are both gluten & dairy free.
If you have specific food allergies or sensitivities and require a plan specific for you, you are welcome to book an appointment with your Naturopath, Tegan.

This is a Good Food meal plan. It does not fit into any plan you may have heard of, other than good nutritious and delicious foods. This plan incorporates a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats, along with foods for good gut health to give you energy, better sleep, and support your mood.
The focus of this plan is not to take foods away, but to ADD more of the good stuff in.

Absolutely not! In fact we provide you with the option to create your own plan. You'll receive a two-week meal plan curated by us, and a template to create your own if you wish. Remember this is not a strict plan, but a guide to encourage & inspire you to eat nutritious meals that will have you feeling on top of your game.

Of course! We would love to see you in class, but we do have an option to buy the program without Pilates classes if you are already participating in Pilates with us or your own program. Find out more here.

You will have an understanding of how to eat a balanced diet full of nutrient dense foods. You will have a meal plan, template and over 40 recipes that you can keep to use whenever you like. You’ll retain access to the content so you can refresh your knowledge at any time. You’ll also have the option to continue pilates classes with us or to opt in for notifications about our other upcoming programs.

We have designed the meal plan to use similar ingredients throughout the week, to save on food waste and how much you’ll need to buy. It has also been planned to give you a few meals as leftovers- so you won’t have to cook three new meals every day.
You will get a variety of recipes, like stews, smoothies, sweet & savoury breakfast dishes, easy snacks, desserts and more!
