    Designed for those with limited time  who need an easy guide for their meals. This self-paced program will teach you the basics of how nutrition works for the body and includes two weeks worth of lovingly curated delicious recipes, a meal plan and shopping list.

    Struggling to find a sustainable way of eating that works for your unique needs?

    These sessions you'll work 1:1 with Tegan to determine your needs, food likes/dislikes, sensitivities or allergies to develop a meal plan for you. After the initial session, you will receive a 28-day meal plan designed just for you.
