Designed for those with limited time  who need an easy guide for their meals. This self-paced program will teach you the basics of how nutrition works for the body and includes two weeks worth of lovingly curated delicious recipes, a meal plan and shopping list.

Our meal plans are lovingly curated to give you an example of what a balanced diet looks like- and how easy it can be to achieve. We have two options available- one regular and one plant based. Both plans have limited gluten & dairy and offer substitutions for these ingredients when they are present.

Nourish your body with food & movement by adding Pilates to your self-paced program. All of our classes are hosted on Zoom so you can do them from the comfort of home. You have the option to do 15 classes as a part of your self-paced program.

Already doing Pilates? No worries, we have an option to purchase the Good Food Foundations Program on its own.
